Mike is an executive finance and operations leader with broad experience: Corporate Finance, Capital Raising, M&A, Complex Financial Restructuring, Operations Management, Controllership, Planning and Analysis, Supply Chain Integration and Business Process and System Management. Mike has over 15 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer for private and private equity backed companies. He is a results oriented manager, with a proven track record in leading teams, in both domestic and international environments. Experienced with high growth, turnaround and realignment situations in diverse industries including Military Defense, Technology, Consumer Products and Industrial Manufacturing. Scalable and entrepreneurial mindset: Providing financial and operational Leadership in high growth from Venture stage up to $750 Million in revenue.
Mike began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he earned his CPA designation (inactive).
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Entrepreneurial Studies with a concentration in Sociology and Economics from Babson College, Wellesley MA.
