Argus has professionals on staff who can help companies with short term financial, accounting and operational needs. We often fill the role of controller on an interim basis taking hands on ownership of cash forecasting and management as well as financial reporting. In this role, we typically work closely with operational and purchasing departments to enhance inventory management and improve working capital.
