Interim Management

Argus’ experience allows us to enter crisis situations and, if the client determines it’s necessary, take on key executive roles including interim- CEO, CFO, COO, and CRO positions.  When we take on such a role, we recognize that it is critical to work with existing executives to develop a clear and achievable turnaround plan.

As an interim executive, we are able to provide expertise and leadership across a broad range of areas including:

  • Liquidity and working capital management.
  • Vendor and lender negotiations.
  • Operational restructuring and business improvements.
  • Purchasing and inventory management.
  • Enhancement of sales and marketing strategy and structure.
  • Evaluation and implementation of strategic initiatives including capital raises and asset divestitures.

As with all of our engagements, our goal in an interim management role is to stabilize the business, improve profitability, and increase stakeholder value.

A key part of an interim executive role is to create a foundation for the future health and growth of the business.  For this reason, we always focus on retaining a long term, permanent replacement for the executive role that Argus fills.
