Michael Garvey

Michael Garvey is a Senior Consultant with Argus Management Corporation. Mike is a finance and operations executive with broad experience in corporate finance and capital raising, M&A, complex financial restructuring, operations management, financial planning and analysis, supply chain integration, and business process and system management. Mike is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in leading both domestic and international teams and experience in high growth, turnaround, and realignment situations in a diverse range of industries.

Notable engagements include serving as interim CFO of a manufacturer and omnichannel marketer of portable sawmills where he oversaw financial reporting and helped recruit a permanent CFO.

Prior to joining Argus, Mike was CFO/COO of Revision Military, a designer, developer, and manufacturer of protective equipment for Military and Security personnel and CFO of Persimmon Technologies a provider of automation for the semiconductor, LED, OLED, flat panel display and other demanding equipment markets.

Michael holds a B.S. in Accounting and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
