William St. Martin

Bill St. Martin is a result’s driven leader with broad industry experience both domestically and internationally. He is a hands-on, goal-driven individual who achieves objectives through operational oversight, financial administration, and talent management.

Specific engagements include serving as Interim CFO for a global language services provider (translations, interpreter services) where he provided strategic, financial and risk management and upgraded procedures and internal controls; and serving as interim Controller of a manufacturer of high quality advanced polymers for use in a variety of products and industry applications.

Prior to joining Argus, Bill served as CFO of Boyle Energy Services & Technology, Inc., a global engineering and commissioning services firm and CFO of Morgan Construction Company, a global engineering and manufacturing unit of Siemens, AG.

Bill has an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Computer Science from Babson College and a BSBA with a major in Accounting from Suffolk University.
