Argus was founded by Dave Ferrari and Tom Brew in Massachusetts in 1979. Dave and Tom were focused on helping businesses improve their performance serving as advisors, interim executives, or board members. They built Argus into a leader in the New England market, growing the firm by adding talented individuals they met along the way.
John Haggerty and Tom Doherty joined Dave and Tom and eventually became Managing Principals. They have continued the firm’s legacy by leading turnarounds, helping companies improve performance, and growing the firm to a national footprint.
