Tom Doherty is a Managing Director and Principal of Argus Management Corporation. Since joining the firm in 1986, he has led more than 200 engagements, serving as advisor or interim CEO, CRO, COO, or CFO for a wide range of clients with revenues ranging from $20 million to $10 billion. Tom has served as an independent director on over (30) boards at a variety of different businesses to help guide the company and its management teams to significant value creation and successful exits.
Notable engagements include serving as Interim CEO of a manufacturer of commercial playgrounds where he improved cash flow and EBITDA performance, secured a significant contract with a national restaurant franchise, and significantly increased the company’s value ahead of a successful sale; and serving as CRO of an international manufacturer of cryogenic tanks where he secured DIP financing and successfully sold the business clearing all the debt and equity return.
Tom graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance and Banking from Suffolk University’s School of Business Management.

He has over 35 years of experience with Argus, specializing in corporate turnarounds, restructuring, and long-term interim management across various industries ranging from technology to heavy construction. John’s work has been pivotal in navigating companies through complex financial challenges, including dynamic commodity risk management, extensive construction contract loss mitigation, and multifaceted, sophisticated working capital optimization.
Notable engagements include serving as CEO of a lumber and building products wholesaler, where he led the company to record profits in 2022 and 2023, and serving as CRO of a warehouse and distribution 3pl, where he orchestrated a successful restructuring and turnaround of operations that culminated in the company’s sale.
John began his career as a CPA with Arthur Young & Co. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.

Lawton Bloom is a Managing Director and Principal of Argus Management Corporation. During his career, Lawton has served as interim executive officer, financial advisor, or investment banker to over 100 companies across various industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, health care, consumer products, e-commerce, and media. He has helped companies manage liquidity, improve performance, divest assets, and negotiate long-term restructuring plans and agreements with stakeholders. He also has experience helping companies navigate the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process if necessary.
Notable engagements include leading a consumer products company through the bankruptcy of its largest customer and a transition from brick-and-mortar retail to e-commerce while serving as interim president; advising a media company through asset divestitures and creditor negotiations, ultimately leading to a successful long-term restructuring; and overseeing the $95 million liquidation of a construction company’s real estate assets.
Prior to joining Argus, Lawton lived in Beijing for 2.5 years, working in business development and operations for Unifi Communications, a US-based telecom service provider. Lawton holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an MPA from Cornell University.

Bill Daw is a Senior Managing Director with Argus Management Corporation. Since joining the Argus team in 2007, Bill has excelled in numerous interim-CRO, CFO, and COO roles, leveraging his 25+ years of experience in finance and operations in liquidity-challenged environments. He has a proven track record in turnaround management, having led successful transformations for various companies across a wide range of industries, including consumer products, medical provider groups, and industrial.
Notable engagement serving as interim-CFO for a consumer products company where he helped substantially improve financial performance, leading to a successful sale; serving as interim-CFO for a lighting distributor where he implemented restructuring and liquidity management strategies that enabled a successful sale, and serving as an advisor to a 45 office dermatology practice where he focused on liquidity management and operational planning.
Prior to joining Argus, Bill worked in executive positions with Coca-Cola, Sunbeam, and Tyco. He holds a BA in Finance and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University and is a Six Sigma graduate.

Derek Flanagan is a Managing Director and Principal of Argus Management Corporation. Since joining Argus in 2001, Derek has successfully led or advised companies across a wide variety of industries, many facing complex turnaround and restructuring challenges. While most of his experience is out of court, he also has significant experience helping companies navigate the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process if necessary.
Notable engagements include serving for five years as interim-CFO for a Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive parts supplier, where he restructured the finance department, set up a shared service center in Mexico, and navigated the company through various transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures; and serving for three years as interim-CFO of a healthcare software and education company where he helped lead the company through asset divestitures and a successful restructuring of the remaining business.
Prior to joining Argus, Derek was VP of Finance for Bizfon, Inc., and worked in public accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Ken is a Managing Director and Principal of Argus Management Corporation. He has over 30 years of extensive management experience across various sectors, including automotive, pharmaceutical devices, aerospace, distribution, telecom, healthcare, retail, and construction. In domestic and international settings, he has served in executive leadership roles, including CFO, CRO, COO, VP of Corporate Development, and VP of Manufacturing. He has significant experience leading complex system implementations, such as EHR and ERP.
Notable engagements include serving as Interim CFO of a manufacturer of hermetic compressors and condensing units, where he led a successful restructuring plan that over two years, improved the company’s EBITDA from negative to $25+ million, and serving as Interim CFO of a specialty aluminum products manufacturer immediately following a private equity carve-out acquisition where he restructured the Finance and IT organizations, enhanced operational performance, and profitability, and improved financial controls and manufacturing performance across plants in Spain, France, and The Netherlands.
Ken joined Argus in 2007. He holds a BS in Accounting and Management from Franklin Pierce University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Pedro has also participated in both short-term and long-term assignments serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Interim Finance Director, or Financial Advisor. Pedro received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bradley University. He received both his CPA and CIRA designation while working at KPMG/Mesirow Financial Consulting. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Glen Devane is a Senior Managing Director with Argus Management Corporation. He joined the firm in 2023 and brings extensive experience in financial leadership positions, primarily in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, over a 30-plus-year career.
Before joining Argus, Glen worked for 14 years at Dynisco Instruments, a developer and distributor of pressure sensors and laboratory equipment for the plastics extrusion market, first as Controller, then as VP of Finance. At Dynisco, he led a global staff of 20. He was responsible for providing strategic and financial leadership for the business and all financial reporting and forecasting. During his tenure, he drove profitability through price increases and cost rationalization.
Glen received his MBA in Finance and his B.S., cum laude, in Accounting and MIS from Boston College.

Steve Gallucci brings to Argus over twenty-five years’ experience leading finance and back-office operations. Prior to joining Argus, Steve was CFO of Xhail AB, a SaaS tech startup in the music space, and before that was CFO of the National Brain Tumor Society.
Steve is a CPA and holds an MBA from Cornell University as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

He was able to successfully implement the rollout without impacting clinic schedules by creating a hands-on training plan for 30 providers and 150+ clinic personnel.

Most notably, Glenn was pivotal in providing financial, development, and operational support for a national healthcare entity. He contributed to the launch of two new medical services that grew from concept to approximately $60 million in revenue within six years. While there, he was part of a senior management team that led the company through two successful private equity transactions.
His primary role with the healthcare firm was CFO, responsible for financial and tax reporting for over 100 entities and driving significant operational improvements that resulted in substantial cost savings and efficiency gains across the organization.
Glenn began his career in public accounting at Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Providence College.
