Frank has over 35 years of experience in organizations ranging from large world class manufacturing companies with consolidated revenue over $11 billion to startup companies. He has served in leadership roles including Financial Advisor, Board Advisor, President, CEO, COO, VP of Finance, and Division Controller in manufacturing, renewable and service organizations in High Tech, Medical Device/Orthopedic, Automotive, Construction, Childcare, Textile and Service industries.  Prior to Argus, Frank led the following successful turnarounds:

Vander-Bend – A $400M Med Tech with nine manufacturing locations within the US. Served as IMO Leader for key integration for 9 US locations along with completing $57mm MedTech RFQ for top Market Medical Company Worldwide. Cross trained key employees to assume leadership roles with finance, sales, and operations to cover my transition.

Omni Components Corp – A $20 million MedTech manufacturing company. Served as President and CEO while managing the company through a major turnaround and sale process. Moved operations/quality/delivery and quoting/margins to world class best practice level. Focused on developing and implementing a restructuring plan resulting in the transformation of performance from significant negative to positive EBITDA. Developed and implemented plan to shift organization to FDA Certificates to service Medical Device and Orthopedic Markets. Developed, promoted, and trained management team. Expanded to multi-state operation while tripling the staff. Managed due diligence and sale process.

Frank attended UMass Lowell with a BS in Financial Management and has his MBA from Rivier College and he resides in New Hampshire.
