Thomas Quinn

Tom Quinn is a financial management professional with significant experience assisting public and private companies across a multitude of industries. With over 25 years in senior financial and operational roles, he is proficient at strategic and day-to-day financial management, cash flow management, and merger negotiations, due diligence, and integration. Tom has been directly involved in over $300 million of capital transactions through a combination of venture capital, debt, private equity and public markets.

During his career, Tom held senior level positions including CFO, VP and Controller in which he has been responsible for finance, accounting, tax, operations, compliance, and human resources. He served as Vice President, Worldwide Controller and interim CFO at ATG (NASDQ: ARTG – acquired by Oracle) where he supported revenue growth from $4 million to over $160 million annually and played a lead role in the company’s IPO. Prior to ATG, Tom spent seven years in public accounting where he received his CPA designation, most recently at PricewaterhouseCoopers assisting both public and privately held companies.
