Bill joined Argus Management Corporation in 2007 and has been engaged as both CFO and COO since that time. A relentless performer with a successful 25-year track record in finance and operations. Experience includes executive finance and operations positions of Chief Restructuring Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, and Chief Operating Officer for publicly traded companies, privately held organizations, and entrepreneurial startups. Bill has focused on turnaround management and has helped lead successful turnarounds for several companies.
Expertise includes organizational reengineering, process and operational improvement, management reporting, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. Industry experience includes consumer products, service, delivery and installation organizations including B2B and manufacturing. Prior experience includes marketing and credit card services, beverages, consumer household, toys and outdoor products, theft prevention and security, and energy industries. Bill also served on the Board of a nonprofit organization.
